Name Badge Replacement
 €50 will be charged to re-print your name badge. The original badge will be made invalid.

Methods of payment
When paying by bank transfer, bank charges are the sender`s responsibility. The family name and the registration number of the delegate must be used as reference. Bank transfer payments are only possible before 05 August 2015.
Cheques are not accepted.

Name change
Name changes are not possible.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be sent in writing to the IAGP Registration Department.
The Congress Organizers will charge a handling fee of Euro 50 for cancellations received before 25 June 2015. There will be no refund for cancellations received after this date or onsite.
The cancellation will not be effective until a written acknowledgement sent from the IAGP Congress 2015 Registration Department is received.
All refund requests (also in the case of over or double payment) must be sent per email (registration2015@iagpcongress.org), no later than 15 August 2015.
A handling fee of Euro 50 will be charged for all refunds. Refunds during the congress will not be possible. Credit will not be given for unattended events or early termination of the delegate`s attendance.


*Children will not be admitted into Lecture Halls, Exhibition or Poster Halls

Cancellation of the congress
In the event that the congress cannot be held or is postponed due to events beyond the control of the congress organisers or due to events which are attributable to wrongful intent or gross negligence, the congress organisers cannot be held liable by delegates for any damages, costs, or losses incurred, such as transportation, accommodation, costs for additional orders, financial losses, etc.
Under these circumstances, the congress organisers reserve the right either to retain the entire registration fee and to use it for a future congress, or to reimburse the delegate after deducting costs already incurred for the organisation of the congress and which could not be recovered from third parties.

Modification of the programme
The congress organisers reserve the right to modify the programme, which is published as indication only.
All efforts will be made to adhere to the programme as printed. However, IAGP Congress 2015 Organizers and its agents reserve the right to alter or cancel, without prior notice, any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating directly or indirectly to the Meeting, for any case beyond their reasonable control. IAGP and the Local Conference Organizers are not liable for any other loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such changes.

Letter of Invitation
An official invitation from Congress organizers is available on the internet to assist you in obtaining a visa. Please apply online for the “Letter of Invitation”. This document does not imply any commitment on the part of the organiser to waive the registration fee or provide financial support.
Please note that we have an agreement with the Croatian Ministry of Foreign Affairs to issue a “Letter of Invitation” only for registered delegates who have paid their registration fee in full.
If your visa application has been declined – for whatever reason – the congress organisers cannot be held liable for any incurred expenses, such as registration fees, accommodation, travel, financial losses, etc.
Please check with your local embassy what documents are needed to apply for an Croatian visa.

Data protection and sharing of contact details
The technical organizer will collect and store all personal data only for the preparation and execution of the IAGP Congress 2015 in Rovinj. Your data will not be passed on to any third party who is not involved in the organisation of this congress.
